12 Week Plan

  • (12 week set program) This is a easy to follow program for the athlete looking at setting a PB, or just looking to cross the finish line and feel that they have accomplished their target event.
  • Initial meeting, setting goals, consultation at end of program to see how it went.
  • Weekly core strength group session, involving running drills and speed intensity to suit your event $20 per month extra

$250 fee for the program any changes made during will occur extra $10 fee.

$50 set up fee if not already a  team member

Senior Fee (20yrs +)

  • Weekly designed program for the athlete looking at getting the most out of their chosen sport
  • Yearly set up entailed plan
  • Unlimited E-mail contact
  • Adjustments made when needed
  • Phone contact every 2 weeks for follow up
  • Race day plan
  • Follow up post race
  • Weekly core strength group session, involving running drills and speed intensity to suit your event

$45 per week

$50 set up fee if not already a team member

Junior Plan (U19 yrs)

  • Weekly designed program for the athlete looking at getting the most out of their chosen sport
  • Yearly set up entailed plan

$30 per week

SINGLE DISCIPLINE COACHING

  • This is targeted at the individual only focused on the single discipline, whether it be running, cycling, swimming etc
  • You receive a week by week program.
  • This is a easy to follow program for the athlete looking at setting a PB, or just looking to cross the finish line and feel that they have accomplished their target event.
  • Initial meeting, setting goals, consultation at end of program to see how it went.
  • Weekly core strength group session, involving running drills and speed intensity to suit your event $20 per month extra

$25 per week any changes made during will occur extra $10 fee

HARDER / FASTER / STRONGER

  • This is a 1-1.30hr session involving specific core strength training, running drills and speed intensity running, working on aerobic, anaerobic and VO2 threshold levels
  • This is taken place in a team environment, to suit all levels from the beginner to the elite

This is priced from $10 per week for non sportscoachnz team members
